Lawrence C. Hinkle, II is the managing partner of Sanders Roberts LLP. He was brought on board to facilitate and drive the firm’s nationwide growth. Hinkle represents institutional and individual clients in a wide range of entertainment and commercial litigation matters and transactions. In addition to serving as lead trial counsel, he regularly advises clients on litigation prevention and prioritizing developing creative approaches to manage legal risks and resolve disputes. He also advises clients regarding non-litigation matters, frequently in the capacity of outside general counsel.
Hinkle has extensive experience representing clients in the entertainment, media, technology, finance, real estate, insurance, apparel and manufacturing industries including Fortune 500 companies, global corporations, mid-size and small businesses as well as individual clients. He has handled disputes involving breach of contract, intellectual property, business torts, unfair competition, defamation, right of privacy, right of publicity, employment, shareholders, partnerships and joint ventures, among other areas.
